Hi, I’m Mikelle Timmons, LCSW, and I founded Kaydence Wellness Center with one purpose in mind: to create a safe, welcoming space where healing and balance meet.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care. My approach is trauma-informed, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and holistic healing strategies to support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
